Delegate Application
Individual seat in an executive corporate boardroom committee. Open to individual students across all 8 committee tracks.
Institution Delegation
Group registration for school and university delegations. Faculty advisors and head delegates can coordinate unified rosters across all 8 committee rooms.

Chair positions are officially closed. Shortlisted candidates have been contacted for alignment interviews.

After submitting your delegate or delegation form, proceed with the discounted delegate fee payment (140 AED, previously 165 AED) via MamoPay, the secure payment gateway partner for AIESEC in UAE.

Submit Payment Confirmation
The final step to lock in your registration. Submit proof of payment to allow the Secretariat to verify your transaction and allocate committee seats.
What happens after you submit confirmation?
- Our finance & delegate relations team cross-references your payment receipt with your registration form.
- You receive an official confirmation email acknowledging delegate or delegation placement.
- Committee background guides, delegate handbooks, and pre-conference workshop schedules will be dispatched directly to your inbox.

Chair applications are now officially closed. However, both individual Delegate Applications and School / Institution Delegation registrations are currently OPEN!
Yes! Delegations can calculate their total fee at the discounted 140 AED per student rate and process the single cumulative payment via MamoPay. The Head Delegate or Advisor will then upload the single proof of payment in Step 4 along with the list of registered student names.
Before, the delegate fee was 165 AED. It has now been discounted down to 140 AED per delegate! Chair applications are closed, leaving the delegate and delegation tracks open at this discounted rate.
The Elevate Secretariat typically reviews and cross-verifies payment confirmations within 2 to 3 business days. Once verified, official confirmation emails containing delegate allocation and handbook links will be issued.
Your registration remains pending until proof of payment is submitted. Please head directly to Step 4: Submit Payment Confirmation and upload your MamoPay receipt or screenshot immediately.
