1. Are Chair and Delegation applications still open?+

Chair applications are now officially closed. Both individual Delegate Applications and School / Institution Delegation registrations are currently OPEN.

2. How do delegates register for the event?+

Delegates can register by filling out the official Delegate Application Form, paying the discounted 140 AED fee via MamoPay, and uploading their payment verification receipt.

3. Are meals included in the conference?+

Yes of course! There will be two full-service catered lunch meal segments for Day 2 and Day 3, plus dedicated refreshment breaks and an additional partner-powered snack segment during Day 2's social night.

4. How are students assigned to committees?+

Delegates are assigned based on preferred committees, skill level, and their academic year level. For career-based corporate committees, a custom form details experience, year level, and desired university major to ensure optimal room placement.

5. What will students gain compared to a traditional MUN?+

ELEVATE simulates career-focused university majors through AIESEC, the world’s largest youth organization, compared to normal MUNs where committees are simply modeled after the UN. Deeply integrated on-site, delegates fully immerse themselves in real corporate executive decision-making and the host university’s campus lifestyle.

6. How catered is it to beginners? What resources are given before the conference?+

Perfect for beginners! Pre-conference online training workshops ensure minimal preparation stress. Delegates are fully supported with comprehensive background guides, curated research topics, and procedural walkthroughs.

7. What is the delegate registration fee?+

Before, the delegate fee was 165 AED. It has now been discounted down to 140 AED per delegate! Chair applications are closed, leaving the delegate and delegation tracks open at this discounted rate.
